Comparing & contrasting pics of me above & most recent pics below. I can say my weight loss, is primarily due to my decision to shift from nutritionally depleting eating habits. To developing and practicing healthy, mindful, sustainable shift in dietary habits.

I have been working on a one day at a time healing journey since 2019, I’m still going. I am a work in progress. I went from weighing 220 lbs, then; to now I weigh 165 lbs, as the year 2021 ends.
