Salutations & greetings to all who are reading my first post for the year 2023. I greet everyone in the Spirit of wellness of body, mind and soul. Special greetings to my community of Vintage aged persons, who have chosen the path of normalizing and utilizing plant based medicine. As we journey on our path to health and wellness beyond age 65. We are confident in the choices, decisions, and action we have taken in making sustainable transformation in our lives. One being how we manage our mental, physical and spiritual health well into our “Golden Years”.
